For respondents
Is this notice real?
Check that it shows your case number and loan number, and that any link opens on this website. We never ask for payment, bank details or a bank PIN. If in doubt, read how to check a notice or email support@abirnyayasetu.com.
Can I pay through this website?
No. The platform handles no money. Speak to the client in your case directly about dues or a settlement.
I got the same notice on WhatsApp, email and by post. Why?
That is intended. Each notice goes on several channels so that it reaches you, and each delivery is recorded.
Where are my Access ID and PIN?
They come with the commencement notice, not the first (S.21) notice. If you have lost them, or your phone number changed, ask the case team to send new ones.
My sign-in is locked.
After 5 wrong tries the Access ID is locked for 24 hours. Choose “I need help signing in” for a call-back, or ask the case team for new details.
The loan is not mine, or I already paid.
File “Not my loan” or “Already paid” from your case page, with any proof. The case is put on hold while it is checked. See what you can file.
What if I do nothing?
You will get reminders and then a final notice. After that the arbitrator may decide the case on the documents, without hearing from you.
Can I have a lawyer?
Yes. Appoint a representative from your case page with a signed authority letter.
How do I stop WhatsApp messages?
Reply STOP, or choose “Stop WhatsApp messages” on your details page. Legal notices will still reach you by email or post.
For clients
Which file do we upload?
One Excel (.xlsx) file per campaign, up to 20 MB. Start from the sample sheet. See The campaign file.
Our system uses different column names.
That is fine. A saved column profile matches your columns to the fields the platform needs, and is reused for later uploads.
Who posts the S.21 notice?
You do, from the ZIP on the Post screen, and then report the booking and the result. Other posted notices are posted by the administrator. See Post the S.21 notice.
Can we choose the arbitrator?
Not by yourselves. Unless a court appoints the arbitrator or both sides nominate one together, the administrator chooses by hand, records the legal basis and a reason, and checks for conflicts. See Appointing the arbitrator.
A borrower paid us. What now?
Tell the case team. Payments are recorded as information only; a settlement or withdrawal ends the case through the proceedings.
For arbitrators
Can the administrator change my award?
No. Only you can write or change it. Staff check its form (signature, stamp, parties) before release, never its text.
Do I have to sign every reminder?
No. A standing direction lets routine reminders go in the tribunal’s name, up to the number and dates you set.
What if a party does not join a hearing?
You decide whether to proceed on the record or adjourn. Nothing happens automatically.
